How to use the website

The Riley RM Centre website, complete with  illustrated range of spares on offer, has been set up to enable spares orders to be taken from Riley RM Club members.  To learn more about the Club, and the benefits of membership, please visit the website at rileyrmclub.org.uk;  you will find details of how to join as well as both online and offline application forms here.
Please note: this is a new RM Centre site, replacing the previous one (), and members will need to re-register with this new site before any orders can be placed; the Club system will then allocate their order to their account as usual.

Registering with the site

You may have already received an email from the Club inviting you to set up your account with the RM Centre, in which case all you need to do is click on the link in that email to register.  If you have already registered with the 'old' site and have not received an email, please just click on 'Sign in' at the top of the page, enter your email address, and then use the 'Forgot password?' link to set your password - you don't need to fill in the form below.


If you are new to the Spares Centre . . .
 . . . and have joined (or re-joined) the Club since the end of April, you will already have been registered automatically with the Spares Centre; just click on Sign in at the top of the screen, enter your email address and use the Forgot password link. 
 . . . otherwise  just complete the brief form below and click Submit.  Once your registration is approved by our Spares Team, you will receive an email (please don't fill the form in again!) asking you to log in and create a password, which needs to be at least 8 characters and must contain a number, an upper and lower case character, and one or more special characters like # ? ! @ $ % ^ & *.  And that's it - you won't have to give any other details.
Please remember - you must be a member of the Riley RM Club, which you can join by clicking  the link above.

Using the site

If you know the number of the part you need, you can enter that in the Search box at the top of the screen. You can also search by some or all of the name of the part, or search for a particular range of parts - eg AA10.60 , thermostat , RMA cooling , or  RMF brakes


Logging in with your email address & password will enable you to put spares in your basket (which will then be saved for you if you log out), and to proceed to the Checkout screen.  Currently, no payment is taken through the site; if your order total is less than £200, you will be invoiced with the parts as usual – over £200, you will need to send a 50% deposit to the Spares Centre, again as usual.
Prices are shown without VAT.
Delivery costs - always kept to a minimum - will not be shown on the site, but will be added to your invoice.
Please bear in mind that delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic
An invoice will be sent out with the completed order, and payment is due on receipt, please.

* If at checkout you get the message 'There are no shipping methods available for this order.  Please get in touch with us for more details.' this means your shipping address needs updating - usually to include a state/province.  Please go to 'Address Book' in your account dropdown at the top of the page and edit your address there.

Payment must be in Pounds Sterling, and the member must pay any bank charges incurred.  Members making an international bank transfer may wish to use a scheme such as Wise (formerly TransferWise) to reduce the cost.

​Covid Update
We will remain open and continue to provide a service, and will be dispatching once a week to fit in with our shopping.
Please be aware that some of our suppliers are now struggling with materials and labour, but items will always be put on back order for you.
There are continued delays with Royal Mail and couriers, and courier costs continue to rise.
